Our team is enthusiastic to empowering the local underprivileged community with the motivation, education, skills, and opportunities they need for the improvement of their future. We are always working on a number of projects to improve the livelihoods of local communities at the same time exploring a variety of ways to maintain sustainability. Meet each of our faithful team members below!

SAM K: PROGRAM MANAGER

Sam. K was born and raised in , and partly in Kakamega- Kenya. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance option) &Sociology from Kenyatta University and diploma in Project Management from the Kenya Institute of Project Management. Have worked in the non -governmental sector in various departments for local, national & international NGOs. In charge of projects designing, fundraising and networking.

EMILY ASEKON: SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Emily Asekon has a Degree in Community Resource Management and a Diploma in accounting from KCA University. She has worked with local & national NGOs for over 3 years. She is in charge of project implementations, and monitoring and organising administrative functions.

NATHAN LUKAYO: PROJECT MANAGER

Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the University of Nairobi and a diploma in Social Welfare from the Kenya Institute of Project Management. He has worked with local & national NGOs for 2 years before joining TCF. He is in charge of TCF’s Nurturing and Entrepreneurship programs.

LILIAN MUMBI: ACCOUNTANT

Lilian Mumbi holds a diploma in Project Management and a certificate in Accounting from KCA University. She has worked with local and national NGOs for over 2 years before joining TCF. She is in charge of planning, organising and managing accounts.
